It bakes the perfect loaf every single time thanks to the efficiency of the blades. It is really easy to use with many programmed settings for beginners, and yet you can customize every single step if you like. That’s what I call versatile!

Best Small Bread Machine – Zojirushi BB-HAC10

A smaller bread machine could be what you’re looking for if you lack kitchen space, and the Zojirushi BB-HAC10 is the smallest bread maker with great quality. The one-pound loaf will satisfy a small family or just you alone.

The great thing about this bread maker is that it bakes very quickly compared to many other models. A basic white loaf takes less than two hours to bake.

Zojirushi BBCCX20

This is an older model preceding the Zojirushi BB-CEC20. The Zojirushi BBCCX20 also has settings you can use as-is or customize to your liking.

With this versatility, you can make all kinds of things from sourdough bread to chocolate cake.

The 13-hour timer lets you come home or wake up to a delicious smell of fresh bread.

My favorite feature on the Zojirushi BBCCX20 is the memory feature. If you have customized settings for certain recipes, you can store as many as 3 of them in the bread machine, so that you don’t have to do it all over again the next time. The DVD manual helps you through all this, don’t worry.

If you’re looking for the perfect all-rounder bread machine that kneads dough well, makes bread with the best texture, is easy to use, has plenty of settings to play with and is customizable all over, the Zojirushi BB-CEC20 is your best bread maker!

This wonderful bread machine turns out a beautiful 2-pound loaf that looks store-bought and perfect every time. The Zojirushi BB-CEC20 is a horizontal breadmaker with a non stick baking pan and two paddles instead of one.

The two kneading paddles works the dough twice as much as any other bread machine with only one paddle, so you can be sure that the texture of the bread will be smoother than most! In fact, this is the best bread maker for kneading dough well.

The non stick pan allows the loaf to slide out easily each time and it’s so easy to wash up afterwards. The only things you need to wash is the pan, the removable paddles and the measuring utensils that come with this bread machine.

Any seasoned baker would love to know that the Zojirushi BB-CEC20 comes with very customizable settings. If you often bake gluten-free bread, you can even set the time for every kneading and rising step to fit your perfect recipe.

On the other hand, it is really convenient to just select a pre-programmed bread cycle from the 10 options available. Anyone can make meatloaf, French bread, whole wheat bread, dinner rolls, or even jam and cake with this bread machine!

The delay timer is my favorite feature, as I love waking up to a lovely smell of freshly baked bread of my choice. I often put the ingredients into the bread maker before I go to bed, then set it to finish baking just before I wake up. The bread is even kept warm for half an hour while I get ready for breakfast!

I’m so glad I never again have to spend hours to knead and punch the dough and wait for it to rise, and it would not have been possible for me to wake up hours earlier to bake fresh bread for the mornings.

My full size oven still gets to bake things like rolls, pizza and twisty bread, but I just use the Zojirushi BB-CEC20 to knead the dough. Did I mention that the dough is smooth and lovely every time?

One tip for those who prefer to have a perfect loaf: you can take out the kneading paddles after the last rise of the dough, so that the loaf will bake perfectly and you won’t have to make a hole in it when pulling out the paddles after baking.

For me the Zojirushi BB-CEC20 is the best bread machine all over, but some of you may shy away after seeing the price of this machine. I feel that it’s totally worth the money in the long run for so many wonderful features, and certainly I have been eating healthier and tastier bread with the help of this bread machine!

A small family or a small kitchen would love this little bread maker, which is a Zojirushi targeted at singles or couples who want to bake their own. The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 makes a 1-pound loaf each time, just perfect for tea time.

If you are used to Zojirushi bread machines, you may be surprised to find that this one doesn’t include all the fancy options for you to program your advanced recipes. It does come with a delay timer, and that’s about it.

Remember to use a non-dairy recipe if you’re setting it on the delay start. Imagine what would happen to the milk if you leave it out overnight.

The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 is no beauty, just a tiny bread maker with a plain white body, and the round edges that were probably meant to make it adorable didn’t really appeal to me.

But it does have clearly labeled buttons and a cute little transparent window on top which are plus points. The size is obviously its advantage; it’s so compact you can really shove it anywhere. It even comes with a handle.

Nothing fancy when it comes to using this bread machine. Just measure your ingredients and pick the type of bread you’re baking in the settings.

The LCD display tells you how much time it needs to complete baking and counts down from there. It also shows the temperature, though there’s nothing you can change.

The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 bakes a tall, vertical loaf that is almost square at the bottom. The loaf is rather pretty and always perfect.

You can also use this bread maker just to knead pizza or cookie dough. I must say that the dough function is really good and it surprised me how the tiny paddle was able to make the texture just right.

It doesn’t bake bread very fast; the quick bake mode takes just slightly less than 2 hours.

The better points of this bread maker is the rather solid nonstick pan which is removable and very easy to wash because there are no extra stuff that gets in the way. The paddle is nonstick too.

If you don’t have a lot of space in your kitchen to accommodate those flexible size bread machines and just looking to bake small pound-loaves, the Zojirushi BB-HAC10 will be the perfect choice. Don’t worry about the price as this little bread maker is bound to last years and give you bang for bucks.
